Legal Assistance: First Rental Investment

I'm looking to invest in rental properties via renttoretirement and wanted some assistance with reviewing the legal documents associated with this. The lawyers I have worked with before do not offer services for Real Estate investing in OH.

Thanks in advance.

P.S - My first forum post, so still finding my way around even after browsing through here quite a bit.
