This was a multi guest milestone episode with multiple guest and Josh Dorkin coming back. I also browsed Zillow looking for bargain based houses in Los Angeles. I also got the idea to search for wholesalers, real estate agents, and direct sellers on Twitter and now am broadcasting that fact here and hopes someone responds.
