New to Real Estate - Mentorship

Hey BP family, 

So I am new to real estate investing. My goal is to either flip and/or own rental properties. I've attended webinars, read books, watch BP YouTube videos, etc. At this point feeling like a mentorship or "shadowing" someone would do me some good to help me get out of my analysis paralysis. Any advice?
