Hey guys

A little bit about me...

My name is Chase Lowry I am 18 years old out of Cleveland Ohio. I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2018 when I created my first Shopify dropshipping store. I was very unsuccessful with that first store and created a new one in 2019. My new store performed better as I had learned from my past mistakes and had reached out to a mentor where I was working for him for free in exchange for his knowledge. I created another store in 2020 along with my previous store and ran those up until February of 2021. I had seen some success and had just hit my first $1,000 profit month. However, I fell out of love with the business and could not see myself continuing and achieving my goals that route. my father is an entrepreneur himself and owns multiple businesses so I would often go to him for counsel. I talked to him about my lack of love for the business and business model as I wasn't providing the value I wanted to my customers. I would often sell cheap products from China that could take over a month to be delivered to my customers. I would respond and read the complaints on my ads and email and I knew that I had to change course. My father brought up the idea of real estate investing and showed me the bigger pockets real estate podcast. I fell in love with the business and could see myself being a successful investor. I have now started saving up my money for a down payment on a future property and would love to expand my knowledge of the industry and ask questions to experienced investors in the Cleveland area.
