Tips for Spotting Potential Growth
I've read David Greene's Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat book (multiple times at this point) so I'm well aware of how he looks for areas of potential growth. However, I am interested in hearing of any other tips, tricks, and/or indictors out there that others may use. Does anyone have any recommendations ?
