Wholesaling Worth It?

Posted

Hi everyone, first time posting on BiggerPockets, I have a question regarding wholesaling, I had the original plan of getting my license to become a Real Estate Agent to be able to make a somewhat decent income to allow me and my wife to put a substantial amount of money back into savings each month until we could fund a downpayment on a rental property and continue to do so as often as we can. My end goal is to be a rental property/house flipper. Someone told me it is much quicker to do wholesaling to generate fast income to pay for downpayments instead of spending all the time and money on schooling and my license...    I have heard mixed signals about wholesaling being that it's not as good as advertised and the market is saturated, can I please get some responses from you guys on any advice you would have for me? Thank you ahead of time!
