First time real estate investor

Hi all!

Some background information on me to start. I have always wanted to get into real estate investing and passive income from real estate. I’m a married man with three kids with a mortgage of my own on my first home. I’m looking for a good place to start in terms of resources, good podcasts and great books to read to guide me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Definitely start by listening to every episode of the Rookie Podcast that BP does.  Take notes on all the books they reference regarding what it is you're looking to get into and start with those!
