First Time Investor Advice

Hey everyone! This is my first post here. I’m a current junior in college and I am very interested in investing in real estate. I have been running numbers (looking at Zillow, etc.) but I still feel like there’s so much I dont know. Do you guys have any tips for a first time investor like me? 

More importantly, Is anybody willing to walk me through a couple of their past deals so I can really grasp the process?
