Real Estate Wholesaling
Hi Everyone,
I'm a 19 year old college student and a part time worker. I've been interested in Real Estate since last year but got more serious about it the beginning of this year. I'm still learning more and more about Real Estate and throughout researching I came across with Wholesaling. I learned about the process of wholesaling was going to get started doing it, but I'm a bit afraid about the contracts and the other paper works dealing with that because I don’t want to get a lawsuit from someone I'm working with. I've seen so many people doing real estate wholesaling, but I've also heard that it’s not worth doing it because of the "illegal" issues you may encounter throughout. My main issue is the "illegal" actions I may encounter if I do start. Do you think Real Estate Wholesaling is worth it in general despite what the other “influencers” say? If so, what are your reasons why? If not, what are the other investments you would try if you were my age? What are the better alternatives to Real Estate Wholesaling?
