How to express gratitude to mentors

Hi all! I have began the process of finding my first investment property and have been seeking advice from professionals in the field. I do not want to appear as a "leech" or "opportunist" and would like to show my appreciation to those who take the time to provide guidance and advice. BP has often suggested taking them to lunch, but I am communicating with some who are out of state and with covid, others may not be as comfortable with meeting for lunch. Any other suggestions on how to do this?
