FTHB: Bonus materials...typo?

Just beginning my venture into real estate investing. In reading through the awesome bonus materials you can download with the FTHB book, I noticed what I believe may be a typo in the Under Contract Checklist - Receive and review the appraisal report section. Second sentence, should the word "under" actually be "over"?
