Question about purchasing homes\land whom are tax delinquent

Alejandro Moreno
Posted

Hey BP family i'm new to the whole investing game, and i have been listening to the real estate podcast everyday now for about 7 months now. While doing so i have been saving as much as my W2 income as possible and being as frugal as i can be. I guess my question here is could i start out buy purchasing land\houses whom are delinquent on there taxes and if so which BP episode talked about tax delinquency i would love to go back and listen to it again i just cant quite remember which episode it is, also would not mind any suggestions. I'm an open book and willing to learn and put in the hours ton do so.Thank you all for your time! Much Love ( I have around 10k saved up currently but do not have any credit history to be able to qualify for any bigger loans)
