Trying to get my first one

Good evening everyone ,

Happy to be here and and have the opportunity to learn from everyone in this forum .

My wife and I recently sold out home this year with the idea of buying our first owner occupied fourplex . I have kept my eyes open for new listings but they’re are going as fast as they’re coming 🥴

Today I was able to schedule a showing on a new fourplex listing and I’m very interested .

It was built in 2012 , looks like it recently had a new roof .
the price is 390k .
two are 3 beds/ 2 baths & two are 2 beds/2 baths

Realtor told me there was already some offers on the table. Should summit the asking offer price? Higher or lower. And what information do I need to see if this is a good deal ?

Thank you in advanced

@Obed Ribera Your offer will need to be strong. If you don't submit a full price offer, what else can you offer to make your offer stand out? Can you put down more earnest money? Shorten closing times? Perhaps you can find out what is motivating the seller to sell the property. If it is something other than money, then focus your offer on that.

Good luck!
