Purchasing a condo in North Mrytle Beach STR
Hoping someone is familiar with Mrytle Beach, specifically North Mrytle Beach. Looking to purchase a condo for STR. Found one that is oceanfront unfortunately the building was built in the 70's. After much research on this wonderful site multiple people say do not purchase properties in buildings built before the 80's. Thoughts?
