Just got a new job, when can I start to invest in real estate?

I just got a new job. I’ve been listening to a lot of audiobooks and feel like I’m ready. So I was wondering how long do I need to wait till I can start investing in Real Estate? I have some available funding for down payment and closing costs. I know the job I have is pretty secure. Just have to pass the 90 day probation, which I know I will. Open to suggestions.
