Newbie question about a refi into LLC

Hi

Longtime lurker, first time posting!

Currently live in a 2/2 condo on a traditonal 30 year fixed mortgage.

Planning to move but want to maintain this condo as a rental property.

I understand that I need to transfer the title from my name into an LLC for liability protection.

But my lender will not let me re-title the mortgage, so I need to refi into LLCs name as well. I understand this is common.

What are some good lenders to shop to do this? A quick google search found me, Northpointe Bank, Quicken Loans, and LendingOne. But I am sure many of you have experience here.

Thanks in advance!
