tax question for LLC

I formed an LLC in AZ for my flipping business. How do I elect C corp status for tax purposes, and also how do I elect which month end I want to use for purposes of filing taxes? I just used an online company to set it up, so didn't actually talk to anyone....any help is appreciated.
