Getting Started - Time Investment

Garrett Stockton
Posted

Hello BP Investors,

I am seeking insight into what to expect as I get started in regards to time requirements. I am a new dad of twins, a husband, and have a full time job. I am in an expensive local market that make a cashflow strategy very difficult, therefore I am looking to invest out of state. My goal is 10 rentals in the next year, and 25 rentals the following year. In order to accomplish these goals how much time should I expect to spend?

I would appreciate any insights you may have. Thanks
