First Deal Financing...

Looking at my first multifamily deal - curious as to suggestions surrounding financing.  I currently do not have an income (having savings and other investments), and want to know options as I'm assuming a bank is going to want to see Tax Return, pay stub, etc.  Any suggestions? (This is not a immediate refinance situation so I don't think aa bridge loan is the right move, but please correct me if I am wrong).  Thanks!
