Loan Question

Hey BP,

Hope everyone had a great 4th, I am researching my first deal and wanted to get some input on how I can get my rehab costs built in to my loan. I am looking at properties in the 50-70K range and will have enough cash to cover the 20% down payment. I know these properties will need work and plan on putting in 5-10k. Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks,

Chris
