How did you get to 50+ doors?

Hello everyone, I'm interested to hear how you built your portfolio. I currently own a few single family and multi family properties. I can certainly continue to add a few each year, but I'd love to have a few hundred doors sooner than later. How did you scale your portfolio? I appreciate your time and any input you may have.
