Experiences with Real Estate Matt rehab guide

Real Estate Matt has a rehab guide that is on sale for $100.  If the promises of a lot of lessons from decades of renovation and flipping to save time and headaches for new investors is even fractionally true, it sounds like it would be worth the money.  Anyone try this or his other e-book offerings out? Was it well packaged, actionable and wise?
