Books and Materials for Education

Hello,

I am starting out on rental investing and looking to get some help on what are some books or education material anyone recommends? I have read, Buying Rental with Little or NO Money Down, Managing Rental Investments (Both by Brandon Turner) and also Rich Dad, Poor Dad. All 3 have great and I feel like I have a good understanding and now just need to make action however funding a down payment is the hardest portion right now for myself. Is there any more books anyone would recommend while I'm working on analyzing properties and trying to grow my knowledge?
