I have been toying with the idea of buying a Multi-Family in Pittsburgh. I feel like the return may be too good to be true. Am I missing anything?

Same goes here...what area is this in? Also, you will most likely be paying water/sewer on multi units in Pittsburgh as they are rarely split.
