Renter blocked front door.
Getting our very first investment property. The current renters are on-time payers, keep the house clean, little maintenance issues.
Doing our first inspection, however, we see that the large sectional couch is completely blocking the front door. They only use the back exit.
This is obviously a safety issue. How can I address this with the renters and get them to fix the issue? It's definitely going to be frustrating, it's a really nice peice of furniture but obviously they can't have it in this small 650sqft unit without it being a hazard.
Again, I'm a first timer, I know the solution is pretty straight forward but I'd love some advice.
TIA!!
