Hello everyone,

New to the game. Me and my brother are looking for properties to BRRR. We have saved some money over the past few years but need some help locating deals.

We are wondering what markets are most favorable for the strategy?

How do you guys find contractors (we're looking at focusing on the Windsor area at the moment) If anyone has any contacts please do share!

Is it possible to lock up a house for $200k or less in this market for a BRRR? If not, any other areas in the country where this would be an option
