Real Estate During COVID

Hello Everyone,

I am a first time investor and I'm looking for guidance on what to look for in a first deal and how to determine if it's a good deal in this type of market? I am predominately looking in the Warren County/Clawson, MI area and would like to start out with either a single family or a duplex. Also, would like to know how the Cares Act is effecting landlords during this COVID time.

Any information is greatly appreciated!
