Making the most out of my LLC

Hi, I just bought my first duplex about a month ago. I'm in the process of getting the deed transferred to my LLC and set up a business bank account. Are there any resources out there that anyone would recommend on common mistakes people make and/or on how I can make the most out of the situation?

Should I see a CPA/Financial Planner/Financial Advisor?

Any good books out there? I'm working on making my way through the bigger pockets "Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor" now. Any other recommendations would be welcome!
