I'm new to wholesaling and I have a few questions. I use direct mail to reach out to sellers. Ok questions...

1. What dialer should I use to cold call my sellers?

2. Should I get a va? And what do vas do exactly? Also how much should I pay them?

3.How much should I put into direct mail each month? (So far I send 2,000 a month)

3. Should I cold call my leads myself or is the a bad use of my time?
