New Branson STR questions

All,

I am newly under contract on a condo in Branson and I am in need of

contractors. I am specifically looking for someone to paint

the walls, ceiling and potentially the trim and also someone to do the

floors. Unit currently has lanoleum and hotel style carpet. We are

looking to put in Vinyl plank flooring. We are considering doing some

of the work ourselves but we live out of state. Any advice or

suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
