Where should I start ?
Hello . I'm 23 years old , new to REI with not so much knowledge expect for a couple great books I've read from BiggerPockets. I'm looking forward to closing on my first house hack sometime this year . I'm currently in the NYC market and was looking into NJ when I've seen that their taxes are high . What would be some great areas to look towards that's still not too far from NYC ? Thanks
