I am just starting out in the real estate world I am 21 and live in the South Jersey area. I have started saving my money at a young age so I have pretty decent capital for a 21 yr old. I want to get familiar with my local markert before expanding my business. I am interested in investing in areas like Camden, NJ I heard there is a high cash ROI in that area. If anyone is looking for a business partner or knows any groups I can network with I am very dedicated and interested to bring my energy to a team! If anyone has any advice what so ever for me I am eager to listen. Thank you.
