Finding the owner of a trust
Looking for advice. While driving for dollars, I come across a home that obviously is unoccupied. Unkept shrubbery, hanging gutters, etc. I looked on the county assessor page and see that the house is owned by a trust of an individual who passed away several years ago. What would be my next step to figure out who actually has ownership of the property to see if they’d be interested in selling?
