Found owner name and purchase history but no contact information?

Hello BP ,

I found a property while driving for dollars and have been able to find the owners name and property information from the county appraisal district. Not sure what to do with that information.

How would I find if the owner is just an absentee or if they've past away and someone inherited it? Thank You in advance for your advice.
