First Rental Property: 64 sq ft bedroom?
I recently purchased a 688 sq ft 1bed/1ba condo in San Diego. I can break even on cost with 1 bed/1ba but I can add a wall and make it a 2bed/1ba. The problem is the room would be 8x8. Is that too small?
