Total Newbie Trying To Find Capital

Justin Gardner
Posted

I am just starting my venture into the world of REI. I have been talking to some HML's and trying to secure some funding. I have been working with Ideal Capital Solutions, since they take people with no prior experience. What I have gathered so far is that while they can do 100% financing, 100% Rehab, that usually is not the case. Also, I have read that it is difficult for a deal to actually get approved. Can anyone with more experience, tell me if I'm on the right path? I am looking to fix and flip, and then later on have some rental properties, so I can make this my full time career.
