Forming an LLC in NY

I want to establish my first Llc in NY - I know its easy and can be easily done yourself. I am not looking to do it online- any resources out there that can educate me on how to do it myself or perhaps a "human" who can do it for a "reasonable / cheap" fee? Also what else do I need to be aware of as I start getting my feet wet.
