Hi, When filling out the EIN form, how do I classify the business? Construction or Real Estate? Right now we have 2 rentals and will begin to fix and flip, all in FL. Thanks!

Thanks @Dmitriy Fomichenko! Already classified it at R.E. The rentals will be transferred to the L.L.C. as they have been for the last few years under our names (husband and wife) and will do an S. Corp for the flips. Not sure, though if to open S. Corp before the flip or vice-versa.

BTW, read your profile and it's amazing what your company does, congrats!!

Thanks and Blessings,
