Hello Everybody,

I just joined this site minutes ago because I thought it would be a great way to make connections and learn about what I am hoping to accomplish, which is own investment properties (ideally in the Chicagoland area). I've heard and done a little bit of research on the BRRRR strategy, and it seems like a solid way to go. It's obviously a bit difficult for me since this is literally my first step into the Real Estate world. Does anybody have any advise on where to even begin? Is the BRRRR strategy the best way to go about making money? Any advice or help would be great for a first timer like me! If anybody has any questions for me, I'm an open book so you can ask away.
