Arizona Beginner Investor
Hello everyone! My name is Omar I live in Arizona and I have been listening to bigger pockets for sometime now trying to figure out which area of opportunity I want to explore to get my career started. I have tried reaching out to some more seasoned investors but i've had no luck. I recently found a property I was extremely interested in, skip traced it back and found the owner and a mailing address as well. Now I am stumped as to what approach I should take when writing to him. The property is a muti-family development that appears to need some work. I don't want to come off as disrespectful and just start off with saying "hey this place looks like a mess want to sell it" and have him turn out to be super proud of his property and loose all chances of possibly winning him over and have him sell. I am very eager to learn and start out and ive gone as far as finding a private money lender that is ready to pull the trigger with a remodel, and I have a couple of handy men ready to work as well.
