Hi, my name is Jack and I am new to the real estate space and am trying to learn what Investors and or Flippers in the OC area are looking for in deals. I am looking to start an off-market wholesaling business and am trying to figure out my target audience for both sellers and buyers alike. Specifically, what areas are the most desirable for you and your business? Also, why do you want deals in these areas? 

Besides those questions, I was confused about where I can network with investors and flippers in the area. Are there any meetup groups or networking events I can attend in the area? Thank you for any help you can provide! Hope to hear from you guys soon.
