Hi all, am Eric and i live in Kampala, Uganda (East Africa). I am truly passionate about Real Estate and i have read so many books concerning the subject. Well, I am amazed by the facts and the strategies that i am seeing on this very helpful resource but am still debating and how to do my very first deal... I guess am asking if the principles would work here where?
