AirBNB Evaluations on Bigger Pockets

Hi, a newbie to the bigger pockets community, currently looking into AirBNB / short term rentals.  Any advice in how best to do these evaluations?  Appears bigger pockets tools are more for standard rentals vs. AirBNB / vacation rentals, and takes you to a different internet site?
