Long distance investing advice: Research Triangle NC
Hi BP squad!
Just starting to look into long distance rentals, preferably multi-family. I am currently looking in the Research Triangle area of NC.
I have done a decent bit of research on the neighborhoods but any locals/investors have advice on good/ bad ones to stay away from?
Any other thoughts on this location are welcomed.
