Looking for advice to make deals worthwhile for investors!

I've successfully purchased my first property and I am ready to move into the second and I have two interested investors. Although I know there are many ways to make a deal worthwhile for investors I am unsure of what the "norm" would be in my case. My first deal, a BRRR leaving roughly 27k of my own money in the deal I would like to know how others have structured deals for investors in cases where investors capital will be left in the deal for situations where in my case cashflow is the most important on my end.
