DIRECT MAIL RECOMMENDATION

Clayton Mychael
Posted

Hello,

My name is Clay and am just getting started with a direct mail campaign in hopes to find my first deal. So far the list I am generating for the direct mail campaign will include out of state owner, notice of default, recent divorce filling, possibly a couple others. I am in the Southern California area and that is where we will be targeting.
My budget for this first campaign will be $4000-$5000

Could you guys help recommend a good direct mail service to use and any tips or pointers on a template to use for the letter it self ?

Any tips and/or recommendations are greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance
