Rental Property & Bookkeeping Software
Hello Everyone,
I am a small real estate investor and really just beginning. We are in the process of converting our second home into a rental property with two units on the property and also buying an additional rental property. So within months we will have 3 to 4 tenants. We have been very good at planning to this point (tax meetings, lawyers, etc.). We are now looking into how best to keep our expenses and books clean and detailed without a spreadsheet! We want to do it ourselves at least in the beginning. What software would everyone suggest for this scenario? Of course quick books is an option but any thoughts on Appfolio or Buildium? Benefits and downfalls of each? I really appreciate the feedback!
