New Investor in town !

I am the proud owner of two NEW single family properties within the same community new and I paid 0 money down. This all happened within a 6 month period. I credit that to Bigger Pockets because I never thought for once it would be possible to come to the table with nothing and leave with something. Not sure what my next move is but I would like to start doing meet ups with other investors. I am in the Jacksonville, FL area.
