I’ve recently been saving up and looking into getting an investment property and the different strategies the one that call my attention was house hacking and was looking for more information on how this would work? I was also looking for information on down payment loans if those are advised or should I steer clear from that? Any information would be helpful books articles included thank you guys 😌
