Convert a single-family home into a multi-family home, possible?
Hello Everyone,
I am new to property investing. I purchased my first single-family home last year, which is doing great. I am interested in buying my second family home, specifically in Holiday, FL. I saw a multi-family home on the market within my price range but it is already under contract. I'd like to buy a single-family home and convert it into a multi-family, is this possible? Forgive my ignorance but is anyone here versed on the zoning laws of Pasco county, in Florida. I saw this house on the market so I am thinking that it is possible for me to do the same. I would appreciate any guidance on this topic.
Thanks,
France.
